Terms of Service

By using CBRLP's car rental services, you agree to these terms of service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Rental Agreement

All rentals are subject to availability and verification of a valid driver's license and credit card. The renter must meet minimum age requirements and hold a valid license.

Payment & Cancellation

Payment is due at pick-up unless otherwise specified. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pick-up are free of charge.

Vehicle Use

Rented vehicles must be used in accordance with local traffic laws. Smoking and unauthorized drivers are prohibited unless specified in your rental agreement.

Liability

The renter is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, subject to the insurance coverage selected at booking.
